A true nod to our modern European approach, we brought plenty of natural materials to everyday functional needs. The classic neutral color scheme is reinforced by heavy textures with purposeful imperfections and mixed metals throughout. We added thick texture to the walls but lightened them with a lime wash for an old-world feel. The bright white color (shade 100 by JH Wall Paint) is paired with full-height ivory linen drapes that cascade onto the floor. The handmade chandelier over the Herra Torrento brown marble desk is organic in shape, in contrast to the angular polished nickel lamp. We met the clients’ needs for beauty and function through a custom closet wallpapered with a cherry blossom motif and topped with marble trays for makeup display and rattan storage below. The timeless space is accented with a unique flower wall and custom brushed-gold lettering for a final layer of luxury.
